Tenneco
‘s Rancho brand of performance suspension systems and shocks has added to its offering of Ford Superduty suspension systems and leveling kits to now include a 5-inch radius arm lift kit, 5-inch drop bracket lift kit and a 2.5-inch leveling system.

The new kits, available now through performance retailers nationwide, include driveability, performance and customization features for on- and off-road 2011-’17 Ford F-250/F-350 4WD diesel trucks, according to Tenneco.

“After the successes of our original lift kits for Superduty trucks, we knew we needed to continue to expand our product offering,” said Chris Gauss, director, performance products, Tenneco. “These new systems speak to our meticulous engineering approach and enthusiast-first attitude.”

The new Rancho 5-inch radius arm system (RS66552B) includes Rancho full radius arms with OE-matching rubber mounts and lower brackets at the axle, allowing for caster adjustment to fine tune handling and ride. The kit also includes new front coil springs to lift the front five inches; new track bar relocation brackets and a drop pitman arm to maintain factory steering geometry. The rear of the truck is lifted by Rancho lift blocks and extended length U-bolts. The system fits up to 37-inch tires with minor trimming.

The new Rancho 5-inch drop bracket system (RS66554B) features Rancho drop brackets that adjust the suspension geometry to accommodate five inches of lift and allow for re-use of the factory radius arms. The system includes new front coil springs, new track bar relocation brackets and a drop pitman arm. The rear of the truck is lifted by Rancho lift blocks and extended length U-bolts. The system fits up to 37-inch tires with minor trimming.

The new Rancho 2.5-inch radius arm leveling system (RS66553B) includes Rancho full radius arms with OE-specific rubber upper mounts and lower brackets at the axle, allowing for caster adjustment. The kit also includes new front coil springs to level the front of the truck with the rear. The system fits up to 35-inch tires with minor trimming.

When paired with Rancho RS9000XL shock absorbers, the 5-inch radius arm lift kit and 5-inch drop bracket lift kit on 2011-’16 Ford F-250/F-350 diesel trucks allows for exceptional control over the ride profile through 9-position adjustable, application-specific RS90000XL shocks. “By combining the system with our Rancho RS9000XL shocks, you’ll experience complete, custom-to-you adjustability,” said Gauss.

Depending on the application and driver-desired ride profile, the new Rancho Ford Superduty lift kits and leveling system are compatible with Rancho RS7000MT and RS5000X series shock absorbers. See GoRancho.com to review application guides.

Each of the Rancho Ford F-250/F-350 performance suspension systems and leveling kits include field-tested, full-color step-by-step installation guides to facilitate installation.
