Permatex, Inc., an innovative leader in chemical technology for automotive maintenance and repair, has launched a newly updated version of its website, www.permatex.com. Among the new features are individual “how-to” videos for Permatex Windshield Repair Kit, Rear View Mirror Adhesive Kit, and Headlight Lens Restoration Kit. These step-by-step videos provide instructions and tips that are of value to both seasoned pros and first-time DIYers, alike.

Another new feature of the updated site is a ZIP-code based “where to buy” page that lets customers find their nearest Permatex retailers. The search function includes more than 20,000 retailers throughout the USA and Canada.

In addition to the product specific “how-to” videos, Permatex has also updated and posted its Professional Training Series videos. These videos, which are produced in both English and Spanish, cover Permatex’s two core product lines, form-in-place gasketing and chemical threadlockers.

“Our goal is to constantly work to increase our website’s value to our distributors and end consumers,” says Tony Battaglia, director of marketing at Permatex. “The improvements we’ve made are part of an ongoing commitment to make Permatex products easier to find and easier and more effective to use. ”

The Permatex website provides complete technical information about Permatex automotive aftermarket brands, such as Fast Orange, No Touch and NOS Octane Boosters. Products are searchable by category, keyword and item number, and visitors can enter multiple item numbers at once to retrieve material safety data sheets (MSDS) and technical data sheets (TDS).
