This site is part of the recently introduced Pennzoil Platinum full synthetic motor oil, the most advanced product ever produced in the 100-year history of Pennzoil.

"We feel that it’s an appropriate time to re-tell the synthetic story to those who may have used synthetic oil or are considering a full synthetic for their vehicle’s engine," says Jeffrey Lack, director of marketing, Pennzoil. "The new Pennzoil Platinum website is set up to offer visitors useful information while highlighting the characteristics of our new Pennzoil Platinum full synthetic motor oil."

Formulated by the Pennzoil Global R&D Center, Pennzoil Platinum is produced from a unique combination of synthetic components. The highly refined base oil is of such exceptional quality that it allows the proprietary additive package in Pennzoil Platinum to focus on neutralizing engine contaminants and help keep engines running at their full potential. Pennzoil Platinum provides superior protection (vs. conventional and synthetic blends) against sludge and harmful deposits helping to produce a cleaner running engine. Pennzoil Platinum optimizes engine performance and helps maximize engine efficiency and fuel economy.
