Federated Auto Parts and its drivers, Ken Schrader and Tom Hessert, have gone pink – the Federated teams will showcase special paint schemes for the month of October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month.

After a lot of blood, sweat and tears, the Federated “Sweet Ride” Corvette is finished and ready for a lucky Federated Car Care Center member to win. The blood and sweat were supplied by Federated’s two newest Car Care members, Bryan Fuller and Kevin Byrd, and the tears came from the two Kennys as they learned they would not be eligible to win! The refurbished 2004 classic Corvette will be featured on the season finale of SPEED’s “Two Guys Garage” on Saturday, Oct. 8 at 10:30 a.m.
Federated Kennys Racing in the Dirt for Charity at Annual ‘Prelude to a Dream’
As they have for each of the past six years, Federated spokesmen Kenny Schrader and Kenny Wallace will participate in the seventh annual “Prelude to the Dream” dirt track race on June 8 at the Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. Although they are Federated Racing teammates, the Kennys will race their Federated dirt track cars against each other to raise money for four children’s hospitals.
Federated Customer Dave Cook Receives ‘Surf or Turf Sweepstakes’ Grand Prize
Residents of Middlesex, PA, should not be surprised to see Federated customer Dave Cook, owner of Middlesex-based Dave’s Towing, driving a brand new truck instead of one of his trusted tow trucks. That’s because Cook is driving the new Chevy Colorado truck he won as the grand prize winner of the Federated “Surf or Turf Sweepstakes.”
