Car Rams Into Annapolis Repair Center

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Emergency crews in Annapolis had to help pull a car from a building after a woman lost control and rammed into it Monday afternoon.

Crews responded to the Oceanic Auto International Repair Center in the 1200 block of West Street around 1:30 p.m. Monday.

The Annapolis Fire Department said responding crews found a car inside the building on a lift.

The driver told police she lost control of her car when the engine revved up and accelerated, taking her across West Street from the Maryland Municipal League’s parking lot and into the repair center.
