The OTC TPR 3834 is an intuitive and simple-to-use standalone TPMS activation tool. A bright graphic display along with simple navigation buttons enables vehicle selection for fast activation. The OTC TPR is compatible with the entire Genisys family of scan tools, as well as the OTC Encore with the new software update.

otc-tpr-updateOTC has announced the release of 3834UPD, a software update for the OTC TPR 3834. The update includes expanded vehicle coverage as well as various functionality improvements.

Features of the OTC TPR 3834 v6.0 software update include:

• TPR standalone coverage up to model year 2016
• Support for OTC Encore, OTC Genisys and OTC Genisys Touch up to model year 2015
• New HUF Intellisens programming
• Added EXSensor 35000 support

The OTC TPR 3834 is an intuitive and simple-to-use standalone TPMS activation tool. A bright graphic display along with simple navigation buttons enables vehicle selection for fast activation. The OTC TPR is compatible with the entire Genisys family of scan tools, as well as the OTC Encore with the new software update.

Technicians who are new purchasers of the TPR 3834, will receive one year of complimentary software subscriptions. Those who already own TPR 3834 can purchase the v6.0 software update through OTC’s distribution partners to upgrade their tool.
