MOTOSHOP Technology Tools Adds Subaru To MotoLOGIC Repair & Diagnostics

MOTOSHOP Technology Tools announced the addition of Subaru information to MotoLOGIC Repair & Diagnostics, a Web-based tool for automotive technicians. The addition of OE repair and diagnostics information for all Subaru models from 2005-2015 expands MotoLOGIC’s coverage data for more than 94 percent of cars and light trucks on the road today.

MotoLOGIC is available from MOTOSHOP Technology Tools, a product portfolio from Advance Auto Parts, Inc., an automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America. MotoLOGIC’s Subaru content includes in-depth repair articles, wiring and diagnostic articles, and Subaru tech tips, which are typically released exclusively to dealers. In addition to the recent Subaru additions, MotoLOGIC features OE repair and diagnostic information from most major manufacturers.

“We are continually expanding MotoLOGIC coverage to ensure we are meeting the needs of commercial garages by providing the most comprehensive diagnostics platform with easy-to-use, unedited OE information,” said Walter Scott, vice president of eCommerce and eServices for Advance Auto Parts.

MotoLOGIC supports enhanced color wiring diagrams and the preservation of OEM-specific features and functionality, such as electrical flow diagrams. An advanced search function, including the recent addition of auto-complete suggestions, delivers instant results based on virtually any criteria: sounds, smells, OBD-II codes or components. QuickSpecs allows for fast access to the most commonly used specifications for most vehicles, making it easy to navigate the large amount of information.
