Mitchell 1 has updated its PerformanceCenter with four free services to help customers unlock the software secrets to being more efficient, professional and profitable while using Mitchell 1's Shop Management software.

Mitchell 1 has updated its PerformanceCenter with four free services to help customers unlock the software secrets to being more efficient, professional and profitable while using Mitchell 1’s Shop Management software.

“PerformanceCenter provides shop owners and service advisors the professional training they need to help improve and grow their businesses,” said Brian Warfield, product manager. “We’ve updated the program to include new services to help customers learn the Mitchell 1 Shop Management software at their own pace, when it is most convenient for them.”

Free Services include:

• Live Online Orientation
— Attend a Shop Management Orientation Webinar using the Internet

• ManagerForum
— Get helpful tips and shared information on using the Shop Management software

• Learning Modules and Certification
— Watch 30-minute learning modules
— Become “Shop Management Certified” by passing six module quizzes
* A certificate of completion and a patch will be sent after the completed certification questionnaire for each module is submitted.

• Quick Answers
— Get fast help with a user-friendly database of answers to popular questions with support tech tips
