Mitchell 1’s OnDemand Repair Information System Experiences Large Scale Growth

Mitchell 1 announces that it has increased the data in its OnDemand Repair Information System by 30 percent in the second quarter of 2006, for a total of 22 gigabytes of information that has been added to the system in the past three quarters.

The new data has more than doubled the size of the 17-year-old product over the past three quarters.

“The growth of our OnDemand system is unprecedented in this industry – experiencing 26, 29, and 30 percent increases in each of the past three quarters,” said Gary Hixson, product manager for Mitchell 1. “This further demonstrates our organization’s strong commitment to providing professional technicians with the most complete automotive repair database in the industry.”

In addition, 900,000 graphics have been added to the OnDemand Repair Information System in the past year.
