Reconnecting Military Vets To The Automotive Industry

76 years ago, by November 1945, the Japanese and Germans had surrendered and WWII was officially over. Operation Magic Carpet was returning more than eight million veterans scattered around the world back to the U.S.

Thanks to the Selective Services act of 1940, most civilians were guaranteed their old jobs back.
