Independent Auto Repair Shops Are In The Giving Spirit

Independent repair shops participating in the Tier 1 auto industry sponsored ExtremeWrench.com rewards program have been donating their points to charities this Holiday season.

Independent repair shops participating in the Tier1 auto industry sponsored ExtremeWrench.com rewards program have been donating their points to charities this Holiday season. Six repair shops have donated so far, to charities ranging from their local Boys and Girls Club to the American Red Cross Hurricane Sandy relief effort and the American Cancer Society.

These shops have been thanked on Twitter and Facebook for their generosity, earning them some recognition this winter as part of an ongoing series of tweets and status updates touting our rewards participant’s big hearts. None of this would be possible without the generosity of our partners: Denso, NTK, NGK, Timken, Mahle, Suplex, Mann Filter, Nissens, Akebono, Contitech, Victor Reinz, Wahler, MicronAir, Hepu, Jurid, Pentosin, Rein, Optimal, LiquiMoly, LUK, Suplex and Fremax.

This is great stuff to see this time of year. ExtremeWrench Media Director William Hinds said "The generosity of our sponsors and rewards participants truly is something that warms your heart in the winter; there is a lot of cheer in this bunch."
