Hunter’s Revolution Tire Changer Offers Autonomous Operation

The Revolution allows the operator to "walk away," freeing them up to perform balancing procedures or other shop tasks during the longest portion of the tire-changing action.

The Revolution tire changer
with WalkAway capability from Hunter Engineering features 80 seconds of autonomous bead breaking and demounting that can be performed without an operator present.

The Revolution allows the operator to “walk away,” freeing them up to perform balancing procedures or other shop tasks during the longest portion of the tire-changing action. During WalkAway the operator simply loads and unloads the assembly, orients the TPMS, enables WalkAway then offloads the old tire.

The process can be set for tires two through four in a set. The Revolution also features autonomous functions such as WalkAway inflation and WalkAway bead massage.
