Hennessy Industries has added Hennessy University, a free web-based training module for Coats brand wheel service and equipment, to its website.

Hennessy University features modules on Coats accessories and equipment, and has seen more than 500 technicians complete some 3,000 course modules thus far this year.

“With this service, our customers can learn the proper way to use our products and accessories at their own pace,” said Kevin Keefe, director of marketing at Hennessy Industries. “They can become certified technicians of Hennessy products within minutes of logging on.”

In addition to Hennessy University, the newly re-designed Hennessy website has been enhanced to offer a vast amount of product information. Hennessy has also added an online applications database for tire and wheel service. Based on the make and model of any car, the website can provide bolt circle patterns and hub diameter along with proper balancing adapters, wheel weight style, brake lathe adapters and a diagram denoting lift points.

Hennessy said its Hennessy University program “is a quick and easy way for technicians to receive training and learn about new and existing products in the comfort of their home or office.”

To use the free feature, technicians need to visit http://www.ammcoats.com, and register for a username and password.
