The FRAM brand has launched a new technician-based incentive program in the do-it-for-me (DIFM) channel. Called FRAM Advantage, this comprehensive, turn-key professional installer program features easy-to-execute incentives, special installer fleet packs and other sought after value propositions.

The program will help channel partners drive profitability with their shop customers who provide automotive maintenance services while leveraging the FRAM consumer franchise and providing connectivity between loyal FRAM consumers and today’s automotive repair shops. The program also affords eligible distributors access to a new electronic FRAM Filter Rebate Reporting System, which streamlines the overall reporting procedure and allows for timely rebates on reported sales. Other privileges include assistance with inventory planning through the FRAM team’s relationship with POLK.

Once registered, shops will receive a FRAM Advantage Professional Installer Kit, which includes FRAM branded signage and consumer point-of-purchase materials. Other entitlements include access to a password protected area of the new FRAM Advantage website (www.framadvantage.com – set to go live later this month), which offers training modules and pertinent technical information relative to oil and air filter installations.

“This new program was designed to provide the wholesale distribution channel and the professional installer with a comprehensive business solution for increased oil filter sales,” said Andrew Coccari, director of global marketing, filtration for Honeywell Consumer Products Group. “FRAM Advantage should help distributors drive sales and help shops increase foot traffic and profitability. In addition, the program provides the installer with the tools needed to up-sell to FRAM premium products, which are aligned with premium oil changes.”

Distributors and shops interested in learning more about the FRAM Advantage program should contact their local Honeywell CPG sales representative or call (800) 890-2075.
