Federal-Mogul has added 55 parts – including an exclusive line of time-saving new Problem Solver sway bar link kits – to its offering of MOOG replacement steering and suspension products.

The MOOG line now includes 25 new sway bar link kits, a majority of which feature the brand’s latest Problem Solver technology. These new parts – available for hundreds of popular foreign nameplate and domestic applications – eliminate common installation issues associated with conventional kits and feature a variety of design and material enhancements to ensure unsurpassed durability and ease of installation, according to Federal-Mogul. Unlike conventional socket-style designs, the new MOOG Problem Solver kits include a 1-inch barrel nut that extends into the bushing for easy threading without the need to compress the suspension. In addition, the long-lasting, premium polyurethane bushings feature a recess to capture and center the washer during installation, the company says.

Other new parts now available through MOOG distributors are control arm assemblies (with ball joints) for 1997-81 Toyota Camry and 2002-2003 Suzuki Aerio passenger cars as well as a variety of popular General Motors SUVs, model years 2007-2012. Federal-Mogul also has introduced 14 additional MOOG tie rods, including inner tie rod ends for 2011-2012 Ford Mustang models, and several new MOOG ball joints, bushings and strut mounts.

“The MOOG advantage for automotive service professionals includes outstanding coverage and availability as well as innovative, exclusive designs that perform better, last longer and make the job easier,” said Mark Boyle, director, steering and suspension products, Federal-Mogul. “Our product expansions help ensure that MOOG customers have the latest and best parts for every steering and suspension repair.”
