Elite Worldwide has announced that its AMI accredited Fly With the Eagles II shop management course will be held in San Diego, CA, May 15-19. The course will be presented by Elite president Bob Cooper, who built this course from the ground up based on his own success as a shop owner, and his experience helping thousands of other shop owners build more successful businesses over the last 20 plus years.

On Day 1, Cooper will cover how to read financial statements like a pro. He’ll share statistical information based on the most successful shops in America, help attendees set achievable targets, share cost control secrets and will explain strategies to improve a shop’s net income.

Day 2 is devoted to finding and hiring the right service advisors and technicians. Cooper will cover, step-by-step, how to find and hire the superstars, and will share the compensation and incentive secrets used by the most successful shops in America.

On Day 3, Cooper will explain how shop owners can keep their employees happy and operating at peak performance. He’ll share how to properly monitor and measure employee productivity, lead successful employee meetings, and conduct employee reviews. He’ll also cover easy-to-use methods of building morale, increasing productivity, dealing with employee issues and bringing out the best in people.

The 4th day of the seminar is devoted to marketing. Cooper will go over the fatal marketing mistakes that most shop owners make,  how to identify the ideal customer, and how to keep service bays full with the right kind of customers. He’ll share the best-kept secrets of print advertising, web-based marketing, cost-free word of mouth programs and special promotions that have proven to be successful.

Day 5 of the course ends at noon, but Cooper will spend the morning tying everything together. He’ll do a complete review and provide attendees with a step-by-step Action Plan that makes it easy to implement all of the material.

Seats are still available for the 5-day course, and for individual days as well.  For more information, call 800-204-3548, or visit the Fly With the Eagles II web page: http://www.eliteworldwidestore.com/event/161/fly-with-the-eagles-ii.html.
