EFI Gets NUCAP Technology License

European Friction Industries (EFI) and NUCAP Industries recently announced that EFI has been approved for a NRS license. The deal provides EFI with a license to internally process NUCAP's NRS mechanical friction attachment technology on their range of self-manufactured brake backing plates for of automotive, motorcycle, truck, bus, industrial and railway friction products.

European Friction Industries (EFI) and NUCAP Industries recently announced that EFI has been approved for a NRS license. The deal provides EFI with a license to internally process NUCAP’s NRS mechanical friction attachment technology on their range of self-manufactured brake backing plates for of automotive, motorcycle, truck, bus, industrial and railway friction products. NUCAP said this will help EFI streamline their internal manufacturing processes and further improve the quality and durability of its products.

"Our agreement with NUCAP gives us access to the leading solution for brake friction attachment which will allow us to further enhance our product quality and extend the market share for our EBC Brakes brand of automotive and motorcycle brakes."
