Centric Parts Releases 2017 Medium-Duty Catalog

In addition to hundreds of new brake component listings, the 2017 Centric medium-duty catalog includes chassis components and listings for 1-ton trucks.

Centric Parts, a leading North American manufacturer and supplier of OE and aftermarket brake and chassis components, has released the latest addition to its award-winning library of catalogs: the updated Centric Parts 2017 Medium-Duty Catalog. In addition to hundreds of new brake component listings, the 2017 Centric Medium-Duty Catalog includes chassis components and listings for 1-ton trucks.

“The new 2017 Medium-Duty Catalog expands on the 2016 catalog, which was at the time the most comprehensive catalog for Medium-Duty brake components around,” said Don Orrell, Centric Parts director of sales and marketing, Medium Duty. “Now that we’ve added chassis component listings, expanded our air disc coverage, expanded our coverage of 1-ton and fleet trucks and added nearly 30 percent more images, our program and catalog are even more complete.

The Centric Parts 2017 Medium-Duty Catalog includes medium-duty application listings for Bering, Bluebird, Brockway, Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, Freightliner, GMC, Hino, IC, International/Navistar, Isuzu, Iveco, Kenworth, Mack, Mercedes, Mitsubishi Fuso, Peterbilt, Smith, Spartan, Sterling, Thomas Built, UD, Volvo and Workhorse vehicles, among others. The catalog also features diagrams, images and specifications for brake pads, brake shoes, brake rotors and drums, as well as photos of wheel cylinders, master cylinders, calipers, hubs, bearings and seals. It also includes a decision tree to assist fleet managers and buyers in choosing the appropriate Centric medium-duty products.

The catalog details Centric’s complete range of brake, chassis, clutch hydraulic, wheel bearing, hub and seal components for hundreds of medium-duty truck applications from 1930 through 2018 in a thorough and concise format, according to the company. Brake system components listed include brake pads and shoes, rotors and drums, hydraulic cylinders, remanufactured loaded and semi-loaded calipers, caliper kits, wheel cylinder kits, hardware kits, adjusters and brake hoses. Chassis components include adjusting sleeves, alignment bushings, ball joints, control arm shafts, control arms, idler arms, kingpins, pitman arms, shackle bushings, sway bar bushings, sway bar links, tie rod ends, track bar bushings, track bar joints and track bars. Centric Power Brake boosters can be found in the separate Centric Parts Brake Booster catalog.

Also available for medium-duty applications is the Centric Parts Medium-Duty Brake Systems Program Guide. It highlights features and benefits of the program, outlines Centric’s complete product range and details Centric’s research and development program and manufacturing processes. It also includes the Centric Medium-Duty decision tree to assist fleet managers and buyers in choosing the appropriate products to fit their needs.
