For years when Jim Isabell set off from his Grand Rapids, MI, home to visit his 18 Car-X Automotive Service centers in Chicago and St. Louis several times a month, the frequent flier miles quickly added up.

But now there’s a good chance Isabell will be driving more often.

That’s because Isabell is the grand prize winner of a 2007 custom built Chip Foose Mustang Stallion in the Raybestos One-Two-Three Foose Promotion.

“I won a television set last year, but certainly never anything like this beautiful car,” Isabell said. “I guess I can start throwing away the airline tickets.”

Isabell’s randomly drawn winning entry came from his Car-X Automotive Service center at 9507 Page Avenue in St. Louis — one of his six shops in the St. Louis area. Isabell received his vehicle at a ceremony in his shop on Page Avenue in St. Louis Feb. 21. An owner of Car-X Automotive Service centers for more than 20 years, Isabell said the choice to purchase and use Raybestos brand brake parts is an easy one.

“We’ve found that Raybestos is just top quality,” Isabell said. “We are obviously very interested in providing a product that’s not only top quality, but prevents comebacks from our customers. We’ve never encountered a product that gives us all of those quality considerations that Raybestos gives us.”

“On behalf of Raybestos brand brake parts I’d like to congratulate Jim on winning the new Mustang Stallion in the Raybestos One-Two-Three Foose Promotion,” said Ken Myers, marketing manager for Raybestos brand brake parts. “We couldn’t offer promotions like this without the support we receive every day from great customers like Jim. I’m sure he’ll enjoy driving his new Mustang Stallion while visiting his Car-X locations, and we look forward to providing him the best in brake parts.”

In addition to the $52,000 Mustang Stallion, several other prize packages have been awarded through the Raybestos One-Two-Three Foose Promotion in the past few weeks, and those winners have been previously announced.

Service dealers and technicians received entry forms to win the Mustang Stallion, as well as other prize packages when they made qualifying purchases in one of three product categories in the Raybestos One-Two-Three Foose Promotion: hydraulics, rotors and friction.

The promotion ran Aug. 1 through Oct. 31, 2007 and all entry forms and tally cards must have been received by Nov. 15, 2007.

“I’d like to thank the Raybestos brake folks for all that they do,” Isabell said. “We’ve had a long excellent relationship based on the good people at Raybestos and the good products that they make.”
