Beck/Arnley Adds VIN Lookup To Online Catalog

Beck-Arnley-LogoBeck/Arnley has added a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Lookup feature to its online catalog system.

The company’s catalog, found at beckcatalog.com, now includes part lookup by VIN. The VIN feature allows anyone to search for Beck/Arnley parts that fit their specified vehicle using only the VIN.

According to Beck/Arnley, this will simplify and speed up the lookup process by only requiring the input of the VIN to pull up all of the available parts for the application. Because the VIN is assigned by the vehicle manufacturer at the time the vehicle is being built, it also increases the accuracy of the lookup by taking into consideration special features or systems identified by the VIN such as engine size and transmission type.

“This is a feature that we are very excited to add to our catalog system, simply because of its impact on speed and accuracy for our customers,” said Ricky Robertson, catalog manager. “We’re constantly working to eliminate as much hesitation and requirements for additional details as possible when a customer is looking up Beck/Arnley parts for their application.”
