Auto Care Association Launches New Website Experience

Auto Care Association website features new innovative design, intuitive navigation.

The Auto Care Association launched its new website experience, autocare.org, providing its members a one-stop shop for the tools and resources most important to running an auto care business. Inspired by and designed for an evolving industry, the new website provides an enhanced user experience to engage with new content, explore member benefits and expand business efficiency.

Innovative tools, digital collaboration and robust educational content are at the heart of this update. The new user profile experience prioritizes optimization and efficiency, ensuring Auto Care Association members get the most out of their membership each time they interact with the website:

One login across platforms. Association members can now use one login to manage membership, browse the Auto Care Digital Hub bookshelf (publications, documentation and video content), access VIP (Vehicle Information Portal) and analyze industry data using the Auto Care TrendLens;

Next-level navigation. Intuitive navigation and exploration features include an all-new search function and are designed to help users dig deep into Auto Care tools and resources;

Manage membership in minutes. A more efficient way to update individual and company profiles, customize committee/community involvement, manage subscriptions to relevant content and grant benefits access to others in your organization is just a click away; and

E-commerce made easy. Improved e-commerce makes it easy to find and purchase the products or services best suited for your business needs, all in just a few clicks.

“The Auto Care Association has earned the trust of our members and the aftermarket industry over the past century by consistently presenting solutions to today’s challenges,” said Bill Hanvey, president and CEO, Auto Care Association. “After more than a year of rigorous research and development undertaken across the entire organization, I am so proud to present a new Auto Care website that will meet the demands of today’s evolving industry and equip our members with the tools for a successful tomorrow.”

Optimizing Membership Experience
In addition to streamlined access to data and information through the new Auto Care website, association members now have access to a dedicated series of online video tutorials for accessing, navigating and utilizing the Auto Care TrendLens data platform. Using their autocare.org accounts, all Auto Care Association members have access to the TrendLens product training videos via the Auto Care Digital Hub and can take advantage of the TrendLens platform to access the industry and economic data required for navigating today’s business environment.

Auto Care Association members will receive more information in the coming weeks about additional key features and resources available to them through the new website.
