Two consumer brochures available at the ASA Store were recently updated. “Your Guide to Cost-Effective Vehicle Ownership and Maintenance” is a four-panel brochure that provides your customers with a better understanding of the value of a well-maintained vehicle. ASA’s “Consumer Bill of Rights for Motorists” is a tri-fold brochure that answers many of the frequently asked questions motorists have regarding vehicle repair following an accident, including the estimate process, who is responsible for the repair and who to contact if you have questions regarding the repair process.

Orders may be placed online (www.ASAstore.com) or by calling the ASA membership services team at (800) 272-7467, ext. 295. ASA accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
