Arnott Introduces New Front Right, Front Left Air Struts For 2002-’09 Audi A8 (D3 Chassis) With Sport Suspension

arnott-front-strut-300x300Arnott Air Suspension Products has introduced new, Arnott-designed aftermarket Front Right and Front Left air struts for the 2002-‘09 Audi A8 (D3 Chassis) with Sport Suspension.

The Arnott air struts replace OEM part numbers 4E0616040AA, 4E0616040AJ, 4E0616040AK (right) and 4E0616039AA, 4E0616039AJ, 4E0616039AK (left).

Designed, assembled and tested in the U.S., Arnott’s new aftermarket front air struts replace the OE struts and feature a custom-tuned shock absorber calibrated to restore the vehicle’s ride and performance. The Arnott struts include a new air bladder from Continental ContiTech, protected by an aluminum can, along with an anodized CNC-machined top mount made from aircraft-quality aluminum. The strut assemblies come with Arnott’s seals, O-rings, bumpstop, heavy-duty crimping rings, air fitting and connector valve, plus a dust boot to protect the strut.

The Arnott part number is: AS-2777. The parts retail for $879.20 each. A detailed installation manual is available for download to help ensure a successful remove and replace experience.

The struts are backed by Arnott’s Limited Lifetime Warranty in North America and the European Union. They are covered by a Two-Year Limited Warranty in the rest of the world.

According to Arnott, while the highlighted air struts for the Audi A8 are a great solution for Audi owners concerned about failing air suspension parts leaving them stranded with expensive and recurring maintenance problems, Arnott offers an array of additional new and remanufactured aftermarket parts for Audi vehicles.
