ACDelco Introduces Promotions and Tools to Drive Traffic into Independent Service Centers

In response to the economic downturn, ACDelco is working faster and harder to offer Independent service centers promotional and online tools to help drive consumers to their shops for vehicle repairs.

In response to the economic downturn, ACDelco is working faster and harder to offer Independent service centers promotional and online tools to help drive consumers to their shops for vehicle repairs.

Between May 1 and May 31, 2009, participating Independent service centers are offering customers a 10-percent mail-in rebate on all ACDelco installed parts when they bring their vehicles in for service.

Many customers will receive a communication from their local service center, or on-line from ACDelco, inviting them to take advantage of this attractive offer to help them save money during these tough economic times.  Customers may then redeem their discounts, either by mailing a completed rebate form in to ACDelco, or electronically by going to www.acdelco.com and accessing ACDelco’s rebate central website from the homepage.  Using the on-line process will not only help expedite their rebate but also provide them 24/7 access to track their rebate.

Customers will also have the opportunity to offer the same discount to family and friends through the ACDelco “Tell a Friend” feature, which will be explained in the invitation.  This unique program utilizes a “viral video” campaign which is a fun way to not only engage current customers, but also bring in new customers who may not have considered ACDelco products before.  Refer to www.acdelco.com/spreadtheword for more information and to pass on this great offer.

ACDelco has also created a new TV and radio campaign available to its Total Service Support (TSS) independent service centers. These customizable spots focus on driving consumers to these service centers and allow for a customized tag at the end.

Visit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sRXflfhHVhc to view the TV spot.

All of these great marketing tools are offered to help drive consumers to Independent Service Centers affiliated with ACDelco. This is just one of the many ways ACDelco is driving business to their customers.
