The Raybestos Rewards Program pumps its educational muscle…giving technicians an even stronger selling advantage. In addition to the free branded POS kit and automatic enrollment in the “Gimme a Reward” box top program, professional repair facilities and their technicians now receive free online training. The two current training modules coach technicians in providing business-building customer service when performing brake and chassis repair work.

“We developed the training modules to increase customer satisfaction and overall profitability for the technician,” said Wally Marciniak, director of technical service for Affinia’s Global Brake and Chassis Group. This training is being launched exclusively to Raybestos Rewards members.

Raybestos Rewards members also receive regularly updated POS materials and unlimited access to the Tech Service Hotline. Free consumer rebate programs are automatically mailed directly to participating techs and TSBs are e-mailed on a monthly basis. The technicians even receive a free listing on the dealer locator on the Raybestos brakes website.

“The items in the Raybestos Rewards kit, as well as the tools sent throughout the year, support installers with problem-solving information and business-building messaging,” said Georgianne Dickey, Raybestos brand marketing manager, Affinia Global Brake & Chassis. The complementary kit includes Raybestos brand POS materials for the shop, including posters, catalogs, training guides, brochures, safety glasses, decals and countercards.

Redeeming Raybestos Rewards points toward merchandise or checks is easy, and shipping is always free. Technicians may choose from 64 items, including apparel, tools, sporting goods and popular gift items. Participating technicians can easily review their personal account activity and view their points total at any time.
