Hunter Engineering Company and AutoVitals announce a new integration with their vehicle inspection technology. The joint integration empowers service providers to quickly present inspection findings to customers through easy-to-understand, customizable reports, while providing shops with greater opportunities to upsell services and build transparency with customers.

AutoVitals’ digital platforms integrate with Hunter’s latest inspection and alignment systems, including Quick Check Drive, Quick Check, Quick Tread and HawkEye Elite systems.

Hunter product manager, Alan Hagerty, noted, “When investing in inspection technology, shops should choose integrated solutions that provide a better customer experience and increase profitability in an ever-increasing competitive market.”

Inspection and alignment data collected from Hunter’s connected equipment is seamlessly integrated into AutoVitals’ electronic multi-point inspection (eMPI) and auto-populated into an inspection report; eliminating the need for manual data re-entry and paper inspections. In just minutes, shops can present alignment, tire tread and battery health readings to customers through a desktop, smartphone or tablet for approval, providing a more satisfying experience for customers.

“We are excited to add the integration with Hunter to our portfolio,” said Uwe Kleinschmidt, CEO of AutoVitals. “Our mutual clients can’t stop praising the professionial look of the inspection results and their impact on the approval rate.”

AutoVitals, The Creator of The Digital Shop process and tool suite, is driving innovativation in motorist interaction in the independent automotive industry. Digital motorists request transparency in the communication with their preferred auto repair provider. AutoVitals’ 7 Touchpoint Platform extends this transparency beyond the Approval step, so Retention Rate and SEO Ranking increase at double digits as well.
