This has been an incredible last 2 weeks. 2 weeks ago my Monday morning was a usual one, but by the time I got home the snow had already started. By Tuesday morning we were up to 21 inches of the white stuff. For my area of the country this is a devastating problem. Normally we might get that much in a winter season. But it usually melts between each storm. Not this time. The entire area is shut down, no schools, no business... even the donut shops are closed. Good grief.
It wasn't till Saturday before the roads were cleared enough. Then the next Monday came by and the same thing again. Even though I made it into the shop on Tuesday it really wasn't much use to stay. Over 2 foot of snow at the shop and nearly 3 to 4 feet at the house. So far Wed. and Thurs. is a bust. Tomorrow I'm going to try and make it into the shop. Lets see if anybody remembers that I still fix cars for a living.
