The demographic of the New York Times does not seem to be the AllData or Mitchell On Demand crowd. But, in the Sunday May 9, 2010 edition thay had an article listing all of the newest TSBs. While I do give the author credit for trying to condense down the TSB, he does over generalize when he uses words like "some", "may" and "should". I could see this creating a lot of confusion for consumers, dealers and shops.
Do you think consumers should be aware of TSBs? Can you imagine people running into shops with this article in hand saying, "I solved my problem, no need to charge a diagnostic fee!"
